Raffaele Covelli is the founding partner of Covelli law firm.
He lived in China (Beijing and Nanjing) where he worked for international law firms and gained its experience in Chinese law and international commerce law.
During his experience in China he served as visiting professor at
Nanjing University Faculty of Law (南京大学法学院)on 2012.
Raffaele Covelli is a frequent speaker at conferences sponsored by the Italian Chambers of Commerce and the Italian industry Association (Confindustria).

Mr. Covelli practice focuses on Italian, Chinese corporate and commercial law. He advised European and Chinese companies operating in Italy and in China among different industries: fashion, food and beverage, hi-tech, automotive, manufacture, shipbuilding, banking.
Raffaele Covelli He has been legal advisor for major infrastructure projects in Taiwan and Saudi Arabia. His experience comprises drafting, advising and negotiating on all aspects of national and international construction and engineering contracts using both bespoke and standard forms of contracts such as FIDIC, ORGALIME, IChemE, NEC, MF/1 and JCT.
Raffaele Covelli has gained experience also in corporate cross-border disputes resolution before foreign arbitration tribunal such as CIETAC China and ICC.
